Recipe:
4" square white card base
DCWV - Stack 7 -polka dot paper

MS Seasonal Cake Art Cricut cart - heartborder2@1" using the cake feature (I folded this in half to just have one row of hearts and trimmed the length to fit my card)

Plantin Schoolbook Cricut cart - scallop @1 1/2" (I also trimmed this to fit my card)

Embossing folder - The Paper Studio - Doodle hearts

Sew Easy Fancy Floss in candy stripe, TPC Studios stamp from the Hugs & Kisses set.
