OWH Memorial Day Blog Hop

Hello!  It's time for the Operation Write Home (OWH) Memorial Day Blog Hop!  I would like to say a quick THANK YOU to all that are currently serving or have served their country--you ROCK.  I've used sketch # 8 for this card.
Recipe:
Core'dinations cardstock from the Vintage Collection in Bloom and Ruby

Cuttlebug embossing folders:  stars, stripes (from the Retro Kitchen set), swiss dot

MS All Occasion Cake Cricut cart - star @ 2", 1"

DMC floss #B5200, pop dots to add dimension to the white star.  Sentiment is a sticker from Doodlebug.

    Wonderful Any Hero card using one of my favorite sketches! I love the embossing and the slightly distressed look of the papers. The star looks terrific as the centerpiece too.
