Cut It Up Challenge #35: New Years Theme

Hello and happy Friday!  It's time for another great challenge with the Cut It Up Challenge blog.  This time the theme is New Years--just in time :-)  This challenge runs from now until Jan 8th at noon EST.

    Wowza, Cindy, I love this! Great cut, and the blue glitter with the white and black are wonderfully striking together. The embossing makes this really spectacular too.
