Cute birthday card

Hello there!  I've got a little, cute birthday card to share today.  It's my turn to host on the SBC blog as well.  My daughter needed a card for a friend who was having a birthday and this is what I came up with.

Recipe:
3 1/2" square cardbase
DCWV - Stack 7 - blue/red dot paper
Heather Ellis digi - Pure Innocence
watercolor pencils
red organza ribbon
pop dots
