Crafty Catz # 267: Special Lady

Happy Friday!  I'm back with another great challenge.  This one is on the Crafty Catz weekly Challenge blog.  The theme this time is Special Lady.  The sponsor is Bugaboo Digi Stamps.  I've used a cute image called Chibi Elsa.  Love her!
