MIU #30 -Anything Goes

Hello there!  It's time for another wonderful challenge over on the Mix It Up blog.  Our theme this month is Anything Goes.  I've chosen to do a Mixed Media type card.  This is to celebrate someone that recently got their US citizenship :-)  How cool, right?!  I only had lunch with her once but her stories were great.  My husband worked with her husband so he asked if I had any ideas for a card.  This is what I came up with.  I hope she likes it!
