Cut It Up Challenge # 28: Going in Circles

Hello!  Happy Friday!  It's time for another great challenge over on the Cut It Up blog http://cutitupchallenges.blogspot.com/.  This is challenge # 28 and it's all about 'going in circles'.  Be sure and include a die-cut in your project and use circles of course :-)  This challenge starts today and goes until October 2nd at noon EST.

Unity Stamps- Change is a Good Thing - Itty Bitty stamp set

Pop dots, black sequins, lt blue sequins, Glossy Accents to adhere sequins, Cuttlebug embossing folder is seeing spots.
