Hello there! It's time for another wonderful challenge over on the new Season's Greetings Christmas blog. Our theme this time is: embossing. You can choose heat embossing or dry using an embossing folder. My heat gun just died...boo :-( But, it's all good. I had a new embossing border die set from Tim Holtz to try out. I must say I love it! I colored 'Believe' with a grey colored pencil in the debossed parts to make it pop.
I stamped my santa image directly on the note paper. And then colored it with colored pencils. I added bling and Stickles. I distressed the edges to add to the vintage vibe.
Recipe:
Tim Holtz - Stamper's Anonymous - Old Fashioned Christmas stamp set
colored pencils
Tim Holtz - Christmas -border embossing set
Tim Holtz - Distress tool
Pink Paislee - Merry & Bright stack - background sheet music paper
Black Diamond Stickles
Diamond Stickles (beard and mustache)
grey bling (buttons)
Thanks for visiting. Come play along with us at Season's Greetings!!
Have a beautiful day :-)
