Generations of Love Blog Hop

Welcome!  This is a blog hop featuring projects inspired by our family tree and our Grandparents in honor of National Grandparents Day.  National Grandparents Day is Sunday, September 9th.

This is a weekend hop, but you have until Monday at midnight to finish hopping.

Lorby's World is the first blog in the hop and she is offering a special prize to one lucky person. All you have to do is hop through all the participants in the blog hop and leave a comment on each of their blogs. Lorby's World will pick a winner to be announced on Wednesday, September 12th.

If you arrived here from Connie's amazing blog you are right on track..

I have taken two old photos and made a collage on a clipboard.  This was a Tim Holtz kit that I got on clearance a while ago and it was so perfect for this project!!

In the top photo are my Grandparents.  The bottom photo is my Grandmother with some of her children.  My mom is the second oldest.  I think they must've been looking into the sun because they're all squinting.  LOL!

Recipe:
Tim Holtz - Idea-ology Burlap kit - (clipboard, ephemera, word quote stickers)
Tim Holtz - Friend word die set

Thank you for hopping along with us this weekend.  Your next stop is Alicia's wonderful blog.

  5. That is such a cool idea for a scarpbook layout, to use a clipboard. I love the pictures and the way you added all the elements to them. I'm so simple when it comes to adding elements to my projects. I wish I was more like you.
