WW - Anything Goes - Christmas

Hello there!  It's time for another great challenge over on the Winter Wonderland blog.  Our theme this time is Anything Goes as long as it's Christmas.  Our wonderful sponsor for this challenge is All Dressed UP.

I kept this one really simple.  Love this digi!!  I cut the word merry once in black and once in red and then just offset them slightly to create a shadow effect.  (Basically I couldn't figure out if I wanted it to be black or red--so the answer was yes to both...LOL)

Congratulations

Hello there!  It's my turn to host over on the Kennedy Grace Creations blog today.  I've got another cute baby card to share.  I've used the stamp set Sweet Baby Mine and the Winter Mint sequin mix.

 

I stamped the image on the green dot patterned paper and colored it.  Then to add some dimension I stamped the image again on a scrap of white cardstock and then colored it and fussy cut it out trimming off his mane and tail.  Then I used pop dots to add the dimension.

KGC - Showcase - Beautiful Blooms - Sweet Rose

Hello there!  All this week over on the Kennedy Grace Creations blog there is more wonderful inspiration using the new releases for May :-)

On this next card I used a technique that I'd never tried before.  I think it's called negative watercolor.  I stamped the image using white pigment ink and then heat embossed with purple neon embossing powder.  Then I watercolored around the image.  And I added some beads to the center of the flowers and some At the Beach sequins.
