IO Stamps: Happy Birthday Challenge

Elegant Edges Cricut cart - Compass-Oblong frame @ 3 1/2"

Colored pencils, EK Success pink chalk (I used a makeup sponge to apply a very light coating of chalk to the cake image and surrounding circle), Glossy Accents to adhere the Diamond Dust around the frame, Fruit Punch & Diamond Stickles, pink organza ribbon by Ribbon Boutique (Hobby Lobby), pop dots and pink pearl bling.
