C.I.U Challenge #33: Giving Thanks

Hello and happy Friday!  It's time for another challenge on the Cut It Up Challenge blog.  This time the theme is giving thanks.  So create a thank you card or gift that includes a die-cut and link it up on the CIU blog by December 11th at noon EST.
