Cut It Up Challenge # 36: White as Snow + a tiny bit of 1 color

Hello there!  It's time for another challenge on the Cut It Up Challenge blog.  This time our theme is White as Snow + a tiny bit of 1 color.  This challenge runs from now until Wed, Jan 22nd at noon EST.  Our great sponsor for this challenge is:

A $20 Coupon code to As Cute as a Button goes to the winner :-)

Recipe:
A2 cardbase in white
Plantin Schoolbook Cricut cart - heart @ 2"
Stampabilities - Everyday Expressions clear stamp set - sentiment
Cuttlebug folders - Swiss dot, Seeing spots
Teresa Collins - white tulle trim
pop dots

I used this sketch from Cardabilities to get me started with this card.  I didn't end up using all the layers but I like how it turned out :-)
Thanks for stopping by today.  Come play along with us at Cut It Up.  Remember you do need to use at least one die-cut on your project.

  5. Great texture and I love that you used a shimmer background for your pop of color. It really helps each layer to pop. Thank you for joining us this week at FCCB!

  10. Cindy, this card is so lovely. I love the CAS look over. The card itself accompanies the sentiment perfectly.
