Love My Tapes Monthly Challenge: polka dots

Hello!  I wanted to create a really cute, girly kind of grad card for my niece.  I wasn't feeling the old black cap this time around and so I put a new spin on it.  I like how it came out.  Hope Karlie likes it, too!  I'll be entering this into the Love My Tapes monthly polka dot challenge.

MS Seasonal Cake Art Cricut cart - gradcap@4"
Elegant Edges Cricut cart - Eyelet1@ 5 1/4" (oblong feature)
Kate's ABC Cricut cart - 2, 0, 1, 2 @ 1"  (Font 2)

Pop dots, brown & white twine, The Paper Studio - pink heart bling, Glossy Accents to anchor twine on tassel.
