Growing in Unity - Day 5

Hello again!  It's my last day of being a Growing in Unity Gal.  It's been so much fun!  Thanks Unity Stamp  Co for the opportunity!!  And thank you all for the beautiful comments this week.  I have a girly, floral card to share with you today.

I'm using the Unity Stamp Co stamp kit called  Girl Truly.  This floral stamp is huge (my card is 5 x 5 square) and so pretty!

I've heat embossed the image on watercolor paper.  I then watercolored it with Distress Oxide inks and then spritzed it with water to get the fun effects.  I fussy cut the blooms out and then layered it over the stamped image on my background panel.  I added some splatters and sequins to finish it off.

Recipe:
Ranger Pigment Ink
Zing clear embossing powder
The Paper Studio - Embossing heat tool
Strathmore watercolor paper
water brush
Tim Holtz -Distress Oxides - Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry
Ranger Heat Tool
colored pencils - green leaves and small pink buds
Pretty Pink Posh - sequins
foam squares
Glossy Accents (to adhere sequins)
Misti

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Please follow me if you've been inspired.  And don't forget to comment for a chance to win a grab bag of 25 stamps from Unity :-)  I will be picking two lucky winners!!

Hugs,
Cindy
