Hello there!  It's my day to host over on the A Day for Daisies blog.  I saw this image in the ADFD shop and couldn't resist.  Isn't it the cutest?!

It's a little bit hard to see in the picture but I colored the string that the cat is playing with a  pretty green.  I found some vintage type lace in my stash.  So pretty.  And I had to add some green jute to finish it off.

Planner Shaker clips

Hello!  It's my day to host over on the Kennedy Grace Creations blog.  I've been having fun setting up my planner lately :-)  I have created some cute little planner shaker clips.

I used my Cricut to cut the shapes and frames.  I cut the circle/heart at 1 1/4" and then using the centerpoint feature once at 1" and then at 1 1/4" to create the frames.  I cut about 8 of the frames from white cs and then glued all the layers together.  That way the sequins could shake freely around.

Recipe:
scraps of paper
Plantin Schoolbook Cricut cart - circle @ 1 1/4", 1 - heart @ 1 1/4", 1
transparency sheet

Happy Birthday!

Hello there!  It's my day to host over on the A Day for Daisies blog today.  I picked a super cute image and created a birthday shaker gift card holder.  I love how it turned out :-)  And I'll have it on hand for those birthday parties that my kiddos are always being invited to.  Gotta love that!

I've been playing with my fuse tool lately.  It's so fun!  I used a 6x4 photo sleeve and sealed in the image and sequins but left open the right edge so the gift card can be taken out.  I'll probably use a little piece of washi to seal it temporarily so it won't get lost.
