KGC New Releases & Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Kennedy Grace Creations blog hop.  This is your last stop...phew!  If you just arrived and want to start at the beginning of the hop jump over to Kennedy Grace Creations  blog.

To purchase any of the amazing stamp sets or sequins mixes you've seen today just follow this link  KGC online shop.

I recently got some Tim Holtz distress oxide inks.  This was my first time getting them out and playing with them.  I've got to say I love them :-)  I made this background.  I just smooshed the ink pads right onto my craft mat, spritzed it with water and then put my watercolor paper into the ink.  Blot any excess ink bubbles with a paper towel and dry with a heat tool.  Easy as that.

Thank you for hopping along with us this weekend.  I hope you've enjoyed all the beautiful samples the DT has created to inspire you.  And I hope you love the new stamps and sequins.

WW - Anything Goes - Christmas

Hello there!  It's time for another great challenge over on the Winter Wonderland blog.  Our theme this time is Anything Goes as long as it's Christmas.  Our wonderful sponsor for this challenge is All Dressed UP.

I kept this one really simple.  Love this digi!!  I cut the word merry once in black and once in red and then just offset them slightly to create a shadow effect.  (Basically I couldn't figure out if I wanted it to be black or red--so the answer was yes to both...LOL)

Mini Pocket Letter - Flamingos

Hello there!  I've got another mini pocket letter to share today.  I found a group called Pretty Perfect Happy Mail on facebook.  They invite you to join the various themed swaps and you can join in however many you'd like.  Then you are matched up with a swap partner and you exchange addresses and send each other a pocket letter with a bunch of goodies.

I'm also hosting over on the Kennedy Grace Creations blog today.

I watched a bunch of utube videos to see how a pocket letter is done.  It's pretty easy really.  You use the clear baseball pocket pages.  For this one since it's a mini version I just cut off and used three pockets.

The theme for this mini pocket letter is flamingos.  I had fun putting this together.
