FALLING FOR HALLOWEEN Blog Hop
Hello! Welcome to the Falling for Halloween Blog Hop. Thanks for joining us to
enjoy all the wonderful crafty inspiration for the fall and Halloween
season. You should have arrived here from Paulette's amazing blog http://scrapalette.blogspot.com/. If you are just joining the hop and would like to start at the beginning please go to Maria's awesome blog http://stampcutcreate.blogspot.com/.
For my project I've made a fall home decor piece. I just set the paper on the frame so I wouldn't get the glare from the glass in my photo...LOL!
Recipe:
DCWV - Shimmer Stack
Sophie Cricut cart - Doily Leaf 1 - cut using the fit-to-pg feature ( I cut this 3 times using orange, gold and red papers)
Pop- Up Neighborhood Cricut cart - scarecrow @ 3 1/2", cornrow @ 1 1/2"
Lyrical Letters - 'A' @ 1 1/2", 'utumn' @ 1 1/4" using the Loop Dee Loo feature
Pop dots. I cut the Doily Leaf background 3 times using orange, gold and red papers. I then just randomly trimmed leaves from the red and gold papers and glued them over the existing orange leaves or used pop dots to add dimension.
Okay, who wants candy??? I have a Tim Holtz stamp set to give away. Leave me a comment on this post to be entered to win this:
Thanks for hopping along with us this weekend :-) Your next stop is Beth's fabulous blog http://seaswancreations.blogspot.com/.

MPS Pinkalicious Blog Hop Challenge #2: Black + your favorite color(s)
I used black, pink and white on my card. I made this card for my future Sister-in-Law. She recently got some very good news. In April 2010, she was told she had cervical cancer. So, after a 9 month battle and lots of radiation and chemo her tests came back clean. No more cancer!! YAY!! I hope she likes this card! And I hope you like it, too!
Recipe:
The Paper Studio -the basics stack - pink polka dot paper
Create a Critter Cricut cart- postage stamp background cut at 5", cat cut at 3"
Lyrical Letter Cricut cart- Yippee cut at 1"
Cuttlebug - Swiss dot folder (it's hard to see in the photo but I used it on the black paper)
Creatology wiggle eyes. Diamond Stickles on the bow. Black bling. Pop dots were added to the kitty for dimension.
Thanks for looking. I love comments!
Have a great day!
