Hello! Welcome to the Falling for Halloween Blog Hop. Thanks for joining us to
enjoy all the wonderful crafty inspiration for the fall and Halloween
season. You should have arrived here from Paulette's amazing blog http://scrapalette.blogspot.com/. If you are just joining the hop and would like to start at the beginning please go to Maria's awesome blog http://stampcutcreate.blogspot.com/.
For my project I've made a fall home decor piece. I just set the paper on the frame so I wouldn't get the glare from the glass in my photo...LOL!
Recipe:
DCWV - Shimmer Stack
Sophie Cricut cart - Doily Leaf 1 - cut using the fit-to-pg feature ( I cut this 3 times using orange, gold and red papers)
Pop- Up Neighborhood Cricut cart - scarecrow @ 3 1/2", cornrow @ 1 1/2"
Lyrical Letters - 'A' @ 1 1/2", 'utumn' @ 1 1/4" using the Loop Dee Loo feature
Pop dots. I cut the Doily Leaf background 3 times using orange, gold and red papers. I then just randomly trimmed leaves from the red and gold papers and glued them over the existing orange leaves or used pop dots to add dimension.
Okay, who wants candy??? I have a Tim Holtz stamp set to give away. Leave me a comment on this post to be entered to win this:
Thanks for hopping along with us this weekend :-) Your next stop is Beth's fabulous blog http://seaswancreations.blogspot.com/.

Cricut 360 Challenge #12: Native American Inspiration
I was actually working on a different fall home decor project when I came across this corn field cut. And I knew it would be perfect for a card for this challenge. As a young girl I remember getting a kachina doll with tons of beads on it so I had to add some beads to my card as well.
Recipe:
Echo Park - Splash - yellow patterned paper
DCWV - Shimmer Stack - yellow & green papers
Pop Up Neighborhood Cricut cart - corn field @1 3/4" (I used the fit to length feature set @5")
Yellow organza ribbon by Ribbon Boutique, white marvy gel pen, Easy Stitches stencil for the zig zag doodles, green glass beads by Bead Treasures, Jillibean soup twine in bean stalks.
Thanks for looking! Good luck to all in the challenge!

CC Wkly Challenge #34: Father's Day Sketch
Use the following sketch and 2 Cricut images.

This is the first project I've made with our new 4th qtr Cricut Circle cart. The card I created with this sketch is for my brother, Don. I mailed it off today. I hope he likes it!
Recipe:
DCWV - Stack 7 - plaid green paper
Pop Up Neighborhood Cricut cart- plane @ 2", tag (background shape)@4"
Create a Critter Cricut cart - clouds @ 1 1/2"
Silver bling, stamp by Judith/Stamp Patch, pop dots for dimension, DecoArt Snow Writer used to outline the clouds. A shout out to Lori at got2bcrafting for sending me the Snow Writer. This is the first time I've tried it and it was fun to use! Thanks Lori!
